Our Team
Thomas Senenfelder
Partner - CEO
Mr. Senenfelder is a retired U.S. Navy veteran, a licensed Professional Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, background in Chemical Engineering, and a globally recognized authority in multidisciplinary asset transformation, financial structuring, large-scale industrial operations, and power plant development, with more than 20 years of experience across engineering, energy, digital systems and operating as an independent expert since 2014. Between 2007-2209 Mr. Senefelder co- authored and perfected the first tradable carbon credits, a hybrid financial instrument that directly linked REDD+ to a fully secured bond issue and established a mechanism for moving carbon value through banking systems. As President and CEO of Vanward Global Mr. Senenfelder designed repeatable financial architectures that convert real-world assets into digitally transferable, enforceable “Smart Titles” lodged in regulated trust banks, compliant with CFTC rules. Mr. Senenfelder has applied these techniques to high-value cultural and natural assets — including early division of ownership of high value art, real estate — and monetized energy resources with extensive work across gold, silver, copper, nickel, coal, sand and other critical materials. His industrial and energy credentials are substantial: he engineered and operated major oil & gas operations, served as engineer-in-charge for the Ravenswood power-plant construction in New York City in 2001 including new under-river pipelines, and led large-scale construction and infrastructure enterprises
